La struttura è fondamentalmente fantastica con molto potenziale, ma all'hotel manca la coerenza necessaria e l'amore per darti una sensazione di vacanza davvero fantastica.
Il punto critico più grande era che i piatti a colazione erano incredibilmente sporchi ogni mattina. Sia le tazze che tutti i piatti del buffet erano così sporchi che a volte dovevi prendere da cinque a sei o più piatti/ciotole per averne uno pulito. La colazione in sé era ottima, ma ho scoperto più volte frutta ammuffita nel buffet o su un budino di chia.
Il servizio della colazione era un disastro, a volte i tempi di attesa per il caffè e i piatti a base di uova superavano la mezz'ora, oppure si veniva completamente ignorati.
Lo scarico della doccia inizialmente non funzionava nella stanza, ma è stato riparato il giorno successivo.
Qualunque cosa Ogni volta che la chat era lenta e talvolta forniva feedback solo quando richiesto. La sostenibilità è ampiamente diffusa ovunque, ma gli asciugamani venivano comunque cambiati più volte al giorno, anche se erano appesi al gancio e praticamente inutilizzati.
Asciugamani e tovaglioli freschi più volte sporchi di macchie.
I prezzi per il cibo e il cibo in hotel sono vergognosi e del tutto sproporzionati, ad esempio 18 euro per un piccolo margarita o 29 euro per un hamburger.

Le camere sono fantastiche e il personale è molto cordiale. Solo la presenza al bar/terrazza lasciava a desiderare in termini di attenzione. Era divertente che qualcuno non riuscisse nemmeno a stappare una bottiglia di vino, ma puoi imparare anche questo :-)
È anche un po' complicato con le navette da e per i campi da golf e un foglio informativo o un orario adeguato aiuterebbero...

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
